FAQs – Your Questions, Answered
-
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer virtual support worldwide, using secure, end-to-end encrypted platforms. This means you can get the help you need, wherever you are, without adding more stress to your schedule.
I also offer in-person workshops and training across the UK and internationally.
-
Can we speak before committing to any work together?
Absolutely. I offer a free 20-minute discovery call - no pressure, no awkward sales pitch, just a real conversation about where you’re at and how I can help.
-
Do you work with individuals or teams?
Both. I work with driven professionals who want to manage stress and burnout without sacrificing their ambition, and I also help leaders and teams create workplaces that support both performance and well-being.
If you’re not sure where you fit, let’s chat and figure it out together.
-
What kind of issues do you help with?
I specialise in stress, burnout, leadership challenges, and high-performance psychology. Whether you’re:
✔ Feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin
✔ Struggling to switch off and always ‘on’
✔ Juggling high-pressure responsibilities
✔ Leading a team but carrying too much stress yourself
✔ Dealing with the mental load of performance, decision-making, and leadership…I’ve got you covered. My work is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to high-stress environments.
-
What makes your approach different?
I don’t believe in vague wellness talk or cookie-cutter advice. My work is:
✅ Human-centred – Because stress and burnout aren’t just business problems; they’re human problems.
✅ Science-backed – Grounded in clinical psychology and proven strategies.
✅ Practical – No fluff, no wishful thinking, just real solutions that fit into your life. -
Where are you based? Do you work internationally?
I’m based in the UK but work with clients worldwide. My online sessions mean location isn’t a barrier, and I’m available for international speaking, training, and corporate support.
-
Why do you have a 48-hour cancellation policy?
Because time matters, yours and mine. When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that space to someone else who needs it.
That said, I know life happens. If something unexpected comes up, let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll work something out.
-
Is everything we discuss confidential?

The only exceptions are if:
✔ I am legally required to disclose information by a court of law.
✔ There is a risk of significant harm to you or someone else.If you have any concerns, we can talk through them before we start.

What is a Clinical Psychologist?
Clinical Psychologist is a trained expert in mental health, stress, and human behaviour, using science-backed methods to help people overcome challenges, build resilience, and perform at their best.
Unlike the term "Psychologist" (which anyone can technically use), "Clinical Psychologist" is a legally protected title, meaning:
✔ I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
✔ I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
✔ I am a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS)How is a Clinical Psychologist different from a coach, counsellor, or therapist?
🔹 Clinical Psychologists are trained to work with complex issues like burnout, trauma, and severe and enduring difficulties, using evidence-based methods.
🔹 Coaches help with personal growth and goal-setting but don’t always have mental health training.
🔹 Counsellors & Therapists offer support for emotional well-being but may not specialise in high-performance psychology.Whoever you work with, always check their credentials to make sure they’re properly trained and registered.
